The UEFA Champions League 2023-24 group stage draw took place on Thursday, August 31, 2023, in Monaco (UEFA). The draw determined the eight groups of four teams each that will compete in the group stage of the tournament. The group stage will begin on September 19, 2023, and end on December 13, 2023.
The draw was conducted by UEFA’s Deputy General Secretary Giorgio Marchetti and UEFA’s Director of Competitions Michael Heselschwerdt. The teams were divided into four pots based on their UEFA club coefficients. The first pot consisted of the defending UEFA Champions Manchester City, along with the champions of the top seven associations. The remaining three pots were determined by the remaining teams club coefficient.

The UEFA Champions League Knockout Stage schedule is as follows:
Round of 16: 13/14/20/21 February and 5/6/12/13 March 2024
Quarter-finals: 9/10 and 16/17 April 2024
Semi-finals: 30 April/1 May and 7/8 May 2024
Final: 1 June 2024
2023-24 UEFA Champions League Final Venue
The 2023-24 UEFA Champions League will conclude at London’s Wembley Stadium. The highlight of European football’s club calendar is returning to the London venue for a record eighth time, and the third in the UEFA Champions League era following the 2011 and 2013 finals.
