Mikel Arteta‘s men erased any lingering doubt over their place in the top five last weekend, edging out Newcastle United 1-0 on home soil thanks to another sumptuous strike from Declan Rice.

The Gunners therefore need just one point to be absolutely sure of the silver medal, before preparations begin for another busy summer of spending as Arteta aims to transform his team from also-rans into all-conquering champions.
